Registration

Assalamualaikum w.b.t,

We are now opening the registration starting from 27th June 2011 until 17th July 2011. The complete form can be obtain from your chapter representatives as mentioned in the previous post. Details regarding the registration are as follows :

Date of registration: 27^th june – 17^th july 2011

                

Venue: Summer Sands Beach Resort, Mangalore

Fee: Rs2500 only

  

What to do?

1)  Complete your registration form.

2)  Send your form to sempoicamp2011@yahoo.com under

              SUBJECT:( e.g. Mangalore)

3)  Inform your student chapter representatives.

4)  Check your status at sempoicamp2011.blogspot.com

 5) Confirm your status (either confirmed or pending list).

 6) Once confirmed, pay Rs2500 to your representative on 20^th July 2011

 7) If quota is not fulfilled by one of the chapters, redistribution of placements will be done      

       based on the order of the pending list. Any pleas will be considered later.

  

8) Please bring along your student card during registration day (30 oct)

* If you are unable or suddenly cancel to join SEMPOI2011 after the payment is made, please find your replacement. Fee is not returnable.

*All representatives will inform SEMPOI2011 committee about your status and payment. We will update your status on weekly basis in our official blog. We strictly remind you that participation is based on “first come, first served” .Lastly; we gladly welcome all Malaysian students to SEMPOI2011. See you there soon!! J
