About Ustaz Hasrizal

Hasrizal Abdul Jamil is currently completing his Masters in History and Civilization at the International Islamic University Malaysia. He holds a BA (Hons.) in Sharia & Islamic Studies from Mu’tah University, Jordan. Previously Hasrizal attended Izzuddin Shah School in Ipoh 88-92.

Building on his experience as Minister of Religion in Belfast Islamic Centre Northern Ireland, and several Islamic centres in the Republic of Ireland, as well as Assistant Director at Fitrah Perkasa, a training and consultancy firm in Malaysia, Hasrizal became the first Visiting Counselor and Muslim Chaplain at Malaysia’s National Heart Institute (IJN) in February 2007.

He is now a full time motivational trainer at Sigtech Sdn. Bhd.

Earlier, Hasrizal was a public researcher at Research Centre for Islamic Art, History and Culture (IRCICA) Istanbul.

Hasrizal who successfully produced his best seller book, AKU TERIMA NIKAHNYA, is also a columnist for ANIS (Galeri Ilmu) and MAJALAH I (Karangkraf) .

He was invited several times as a panelist in ‘motivasi pagi’ slot conducted by RTM 1. Recently, due to the success of his blog, saifulislam.com, he appeared in TV programme, named blog also broadcasted by RTM 1.

Married to Dr. Nazhatul Muna Ahmad Nasarudin, a medical officer and trainee lecturer in UKM Medical Centre (UKMCC), they are blessed with three beautiful kids, Muhammad Saiful Islam, Naurah Sabihah and Muhammad Imaduddin.

SEMPOI  is a gathering of Muslim Students from all around South India. With the main objective of strengthening the spiritual quotient of the students, SEMPOI is hopefully can be a medium to produce a well-  rounded students both in this world and hereafter. The programme conducted by Ustaz Hasrizal Abdul Jamil, that is 7 Habits of Highly Effective Muslim can motivate our future doctors and dentist to become more pro-active and more sensitive to current issues. It also helps to inculcate leadership qualities in them and prepare them to become future leaders. Besides that, SEMPOI may   strengthen the bond among Muslim students and at the same time, help in establishing a functional student network all over South India.

SEMPOI is a gathering of 3 days & 2 nights at Summersand Beach Resort, Mangalore on 30hb Sept- 2 Oct 2011.The speaker will be specially brought from Malaysia, Ustaz Hasrizal Abdul Jamil, a well-known motivator and owner of Saifulislam.com. He has a lot of experience in conducting similar gatherings for Muslim students in Ireland, Indonesia and Japan. He is also the author of the best-seller book, Aku Terima Nikahnya.

At the end of this programme, we really hope that all participants will realize their roles in the community and continuously improving themselves physically, mentally, and most importantly, spiritually to excel and becomes doctors and dentist who can bring the ummah to the pinnacle of glory.
